The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) is directly responsible to the President for carrying out the educational policies and programs of the University and for the supervision of instructional research, curricular and other academic activities of the University. The office oversees academic programs ensuring the compliance to CHED standards and spearheads curriculum initiatives such as re-engineering of curricular and academic programs fit to current global demands and trends. It also involves in the faculty recruitment, selection and promotion process, and continous support for professional development of faculty and staff under the academics. The office ensures quality teaching-learning enviroment and support to student.

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) envisions to the prime mover of student-centered programs and services for holistic and well-rounded student development in MMSU. OSAS provides a variety of services that are organized into four (4) units: Student Organizations, Publications and Activities (SOPA), Scholarships and Financial Assistance (SFA), Guidance and Counseling & Career Center (GCCC) and Student Discipline (SD).
