The Extension Directorate of the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) serves as the channel for inclusive and sustainable development in the community. For years, MMSU has served the people of the different municipalities of the province. It has been instrumental in helping farmers, fisherfolk, budding entrepreneurs, women, and community organizations in transforming themselves into micro- and small-scale entrepreneurs through its provision of relevant, timely, and science and technology-based information and trainings.
