79 MMSU employees honored in CSC Length of Service Awards

In celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA), 79 employees from Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) were honored by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for their years of dedicated service on October 20 at the Ilocos Norte Centennial Arena.
Anchored on the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan,” the celebration recognized the contributions of the country’s public workforce and the years dedicated to public service.
Aligned with CSC’s mission to promote professionalism and integrity among Filipino public servants, the recognition aims to motivate government workers to uphold excellence, commitment, and accountability in the delivery of public service, inspiring them to become role models for positive change within their respective agencies and communities.
This year’s MMSU awardees include two for 43 years of service, four for 42 years, six for 41 years, five for 40 years, four for 35 years, 12 for 30 years, 14 for 25 years, 17 for 20 years, and 15 for 15 years of government service.
Among the awardees is MMSU President Virgilio Julius P. Manzano, Jr., who marked his 30th year in government service.
The celebration was also attended by Ilocos Norte 1st District Representative Sandro Marcos, Provincial Governor Cecilia Araneta Marcos, and officials from the CSC.
The 125th PCSA spotlights the country’s public sector workforce, achieving the aspirations of a Bagong Pilipinas through patriotism, excellence, and integrity in public service.
