Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) will provide a one-time P5,000 incentive to the top 10 performers of the 2025 MMSU College Admission Test (MCAT) who enroll at the university for the upcoming academic year.

Approved through Board of Regents Resolution 07, series of 2025, the institutionalized MCAT Top Achievers Program aims to recognize and support exceptional test takers from Department of Education-recognized high schools in the Philippines, both public and private.

Students must enroll in a MMSU degree program during the semester that immediately follows the application and admission period. The program will be effective in the Academic Year 2025–2026.

According to the MMSU Office for Student Affairs and Services (OSAS), only an average of three out of the top 10 MCAT takers have enrolled in the university in the last three academic years. This initiative aims to encourage more top scorers to choose MMSU.

OSAS in coordination with the Admissions Office under the Office of the University Registrar will administer the program.

The MCAT is a 150-item scholastic aptitude test evaluating English, Science, Mathematical Proficiency, and Analytical Ability. It serves as a key admission criterion for the university’s degree programs.
